MSA, DuPont, and the National Volunteer Fire Council are excited to announce that the application period for MSA’s and DuPont’s Globe Gear Giveaway is now open! Through this program, 13 volunteer fire departments will each receive four sets of new turnout gear and four new helmets, for a total of 52 sets in 2021. The deadline to apply is June 1, 2021.

To be eligible to apply, departments must meet the following criteria:

·     Be over 50 percent volunteer

·     Serve a population of 25,000 or less

·     Be located in the U.S. or Canada and legally organized under state/province law

·     Demonstrate a need for the gear

·     Person applying on behalf of the department or the department chief must be a member of the NVFC. MSA will provide complimentary NVFC memberships to the first 500 applicants.
